How to Use the Online Bill Payment Service

 

Account Registration

The first step to taking advantage of the online bill payment service is to register your account. To do this, click the Pay My Bill link. This brings you to the Account Login page. You will need to refer to information on your latest water bill in order to complete the signup process. Simply click "Register now!" to begin the account registration process. Once you have completed the Register User page, click "Register" to create your account.

My Account

Once you login, you can view a number of things including:

•  Account Summary
You can view your account number, service address, mailing address, and account balance. To edit your user name or email address, click Manage Online Profile. To link accounts (if you regularly pay for water and sewer service at multiple Sunriver properties), click Manage Accounts and then click Add Account.

•  Account History
To view your account history, select Payment History or Usage History from drop-down menu below Billing Information.

•  Make Payment
To pay your bill, click Pay Now.

Paying Your Bill

  1. Click Pay Now.
  2. Enter payment amount and click Next.
  3. On Confirm Payment screen, confirm that payment amount is correct, and click Confirm.
  4. Enter credit/debit card information.

Pay with Credit/Debit Card

  1. Enter the information required and double check all information to ensure a successful transaction.
  2. Click Submit Transaction to submit the information. (WARNING! Only click this button once to avoid multiple charges! The transaction may take several minutes to complete.)
  3. Once the payment is complete, you will see a Thank You screen confirming that your payment was made.
